Kurume City, Fukuoka Prefecture has issued an evacuation order to 115,809 individuals in 53,987 households in some components of town, citing the elevated threat of river flooding and landslide disasters. Evacuation orders are stage 4 data out of 5 warning ranges, calling for everybody to evacuate from harmful locations.
