The Basic Act on Dementia, which stipulates the efforts of the nationwide and native governments so that individuals with dementia can reside with hope, was unanimously authorised and enacted on the plenary session of the House of Councillors.
According to the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare’s analysis group, the variety of individuals with dementia in Japan is rising 12 months by 12 months, and is predicted to achieve roughly 7 million by 2025.
