Moscow, SANA- Scientists from the Russian Far Eastern Federal University (FEFU) have found sorts of micro organism that may eat oil.
Russian researchers have found cold-resistant decomposer micro organism within the Sea of Japan which are capable of “consume” oil, which might assist create a organic product for the purification of water from oil, the (FEFU) mentioned in a press release cited by Novosti Agency.
According to the assertion, the researchers have managed to determine the power to decompose oil in 12 species of micro organism.
Decoding the genome of the micro organism would assist higher perceive the work of genes and enzymes concerned within the decomposition of oil within the seas in Russia’s Far East, the college added.
