One of the eight main shogi titles, the fifth station of “Oshosen” has began in Shimane Prefecture. Attention shall be paid as to if Sota Fujii, who has the title, 5 crowns (20) or the challenger, Yoshiharu Hanyu, ninth dan (52), will attempt to win the title.
The fifth station of the “Osho Battle” was arrange at a ryokan in Ota City, Shimane Prefecture, and after Hanyu 9-dan entered the room, Fujii Gokan sat in entrance of the board.
