Roorkee (Uttarakhand) [India], February 15 (ANI): Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee (IIT Roorkee) on Tuesday signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) with Central Water Commission in Shram Shakti Bhawan of Ministry of Jal Shakti in New Delhi.
The MoA was signed for establishing the International Centre of Excellence for Dams (ICED) at IIT Roorkee.
