‘Resident Evil’ trailer launched: Zach Cregger unveils new horror reboot forward of comic-con

Washington [US], July 24 (ANI): Sony Pictures has unveiled the primary trailer for Resident Evil, director Zach Cregger’s new adaptation of the enduring Capcom online game franchise, forward of the filmmaker’s Hall H look at Comic-Con.

The movie, produced by Columbia Pictures and Constantin Film in affiliation with TriStar Pictures, is scheduled for a theatrical launch on September 18. The trailer introduces Bryan, performed by Austin Abrams, a medical courier on his strategy to ship a bundle to Raccoon City General Hospital.
