CHIBA (TR) – A 51-year-old man has been arrested for trying to take clandestine images up the skirt of a college lady in Yotsukaido City earlier this 12 months.
During questioning on suspicion of violating the Law Banning the Taking of Sexually Explicit Photographs, the unnamed suspect denied the allegations, telling police he was focusing on her legs, stories Chiba Nippo (Apr. 30).
At round 12:40 p.m. on March 5, the suspect allegedly used a smartphone to aim to take tosatsu (voyeur) footage underneath the skirt of the feminine highschool pupil in a passageway of a industrial facility.
“I wasn’t filming under her skirt; I was filming her calves,” the unnamed suspect instructed the Yotsukaido Police Station.
As the incident unfolded, a safety guard on the facility noticed the suspect pointing his smartphone at the highschool pupil and notified the police.
