FUKUOKA — A 44-year-old junior highschool trainer was arrested on suspicion of groping a lady on a crowded morning commuter practice in Fukuoka Prefecture on Monday.
It was upon the arrest of Naoki Seno, a full-time lecturer at a center college in Fukuoka City, that he found his sufferer was an undercover police officer, studies TV Asahi (Mar. 31).
