TOKYO (TR) – Tokyo Metropolitan police have arrested an elementary college instructor from Kanagawa Prefecture over the alleged secret filming of a feminine pupil on college grounds, reviews the Sankei Shimbun (Mar. 19).
At shortly after 11:00 a.m. on March 6, Kotaro Fujii, 36, allegedly used his smartphone to take tosatsu (voyeur) footage below a feminine pupil’s skirt at his college within the capital.
Upon his arrest on suspicion of the Law Banning the Taking of Sexually Explicit Photographs, Fujii admitted to the fees. He mentioned, “For about three years now, I’ve been secretly filming under women’s skirts on staircases in shopping malls and other places. I’ve done it about 100 times.”
On March 7, a girl reported to police at JR Ochanomizu Station within the capital that she may need been secretly filmed by somebody. Police officers arriving on the scene examined Fujii’s smartphone and located photographs of the aforementioned feminine pupil’s underwear.
More than 50 different photographs believed to be of ladies secretly filmed had been discovered on his smartphone.
