TOKYO (TR) – Tokyo Metropolitan Police have arrested a male workplace employee from Saitama Prefecture for trying to grab a girl’s bag utilizing a motorbike stolen from a bento store final 12 months.
The girl was dragged her for greater than 100 meters, inflicting severe accidents, studies TBS News (Feb. 17).
Last December, Takahiro Ouchi, a programs engineer from Wako City, Saitama, used the bike strategy the lady, aged in her 30s, as she walked hom on a road in Ota Ward.
After the lady held on to the bag, he dragged her alongside the pavement for roughly 120 meters, inflicting severe accidents.
Upon his arrest on suspicion of theft and assault, Ouchi admitted to the allegations. “I was supposed to go on a company business trip, but I had spent all my money on horse racing and pachinko, so I really needed money that day.”
According to police, the bike was stolen from a bento store in Tokyo final August.
