CHIBA (TR) – Chiba Prefectural Police have arrested three women and men of Sri Lankan nationality in reference to the theft and assault of an aged man within the city of Tako final 12 months, reviews TBS News (Feb. 5).
Last August, Heenkenda Mudalige Gayan Priyadarshana, 36, and the opposite two Sri Lankan suspects allegedly broke into the house and tied up the arms and ft of the male resident, 73, with adhesive tape
After punching him within the face, they stole his pockets containing 40,000 yen in money and his smartphone.
Police haven’t revealed whether or not the three have admitted to the crime.
According to police, the three males broke into the house by means of an unlocked entrance door and fled in a automobile after the crime. The sufferer suffered unspecified accidents that took two weeks to heal.
The three suspects are acquaintances and will not be believed to have recognized the sufferer.
