TOKYO, Oct 23 (News On Japan) –
The Metropolitan Police Department has arrested Naoki Satake, an unemployed suspect, on suspicion of theft leading to damage after he allegedly sprayed tear gasoline on a person and tried to steal 53 million yen in Tokyo’s Edogawa Ward in September.
According to police, six males have already been arrested in reference to the case, and Satake is believed to have been accountable for acquiring the tear gasoline used within the assault.
Satake denies the allegations, however investigators suspect the crime was carried out as a part of an organized operation.
