A glowing object was seen streaking throughout the sky in western Japan on Tuesday night time, with a number of studies of a brilliant flash adopted by a path of sunshine. Observers urged it might have been a very brilliant meteor, often called a fireball, or probably a meteorite.
Footage taken in Kagoshima City shortly after 11 p.m. confirmed the sky momentarily turning white earlier than an orange mild appeared to fall from above. Similar sightings have been reported in Osaka and Kobe.
