On December thirteenth, it was introduced {that a} new three way partnership will likely be established to advance the collaborative growth of the next-generation fighter jet involving Japan, the United Kingdom, and Italy.
The three way partnership will likely be shaped by three firms: Japan Aircraft Industries Promotion, supported by investments from Mitsubishi Heavy Industries and others; the UK’s BAE Systems; and Italy’s Leonardo.
Last week, the three nations launched a world group, GIGO, to supervise the joint growth of the next-generation fighter jet. The newly established three way partnership will deal with the plane’s design, growth, and supply.
