Four youngsters in Nara Prefecture, aged 14 to 18, have been arrested on suspicion of driving with out licenses.
According to police, the suspects embody three center faculty boys aged 14 to fifteen and an 18-year-old boy. The group allegedly drove a passenger automobile with out licenses in Kashihara City, Nara Prefecture, in September. The incident occurred between roughly 3:30 a.m. and 6:40 a.m.
On the identical day, a hit-and-run incident involving the fence of a grocery store in Kashihara City was reported. Police investigations, which included witness testimonies, recognized the car concerned. Dashcam footage from the automobile revealed that 10 youngsters, aged 13 to 18, had been driving in two vehicles. Among them, the 4 arrested youngsters had been discovered to have taken turns driving. The vehicles belonged to the dad and mom of the youngsters.
