The English phrase ‘rest room’ was discovered sprayed on a stone pillar at Yasukuni Shrine early on Saturday morning.
Just earlier than 6 a.m. on June 1st, pink spray-painted graffiti was discovered on a stone pillar close to the doorway of Yasukuni Shrine in Chiyoda Ward, Tokyo.
The pillar, referred to as the shrine title marker, bears the inscription ‘Yasukuni Shrine.’
The graffiti was written in English, stating ‘rest room,’ and the Metropolitan Police Department is investigating the incident.
