Due to the affect of a low stress system that’s creating and shifting alongside the southern coast of Honshu, rain and snow will fall within the Kanto-Koshin area from the night of the twenty ninth, and there’s a threat of heavy snow primarily alongside the mountains on March 1st. The Japan Meteorological Agency is urging folks to watch out concerning the results of snow and frozen roads on visitors.
