Last September, a luxurious overseas rental automobile that had been rented in Nagano Prefecture was concerned in an accident in Oita Prefecture, roughly 700 kilometers away, and was severely broken. He was arrested for not doing so. He has denied a few of the expenses in response to the investigation.
