The JR Takasaki Line has suspended service on the up and down traces between Tokyo Station and Takasaki Station because of an accident that occurred at round 5:34 a.m. between Kitamoto Station and Okegawa Station in Saitama Prefecture.
It is predicted that operations will resume round 6:50 a.m.
