The Liberal Democratic Party and the New Komeito Party have agreed to set an earnings restrict to exclude folks with an annual earnings of greater than 20 million yen from the system for flat-rate tax cuts similar to earnings tax, which would be the focus of subsequent fiscal 12 months’s tax reform.
