Police stated the incident occurred on the night time of Nov 22, 2022, on the house of the suspect, Noritaka Akita, in Edogawa Ward, Kyodo News reported.
According to the warrant, Akita combined sleeping tablets in a bowl of miso soup, which he then provided to the lady. After the lady handed out, Akita is accused of sexually assaulting her.
Police stated they’ve discovered that Akita was usually consulted by the sufferer about her issues and that she had come over to have dinner with him on the night time of the incident. Her mom was a long-time buddy of Akita and the sufferer had identified him for about 20 years.
