TOKYO, July 15 (Xinhua) — Japan’s business ministry stated it has issued enterprise enchancment orders to 4 main Japanese utility teams after they have been discovered to have fashioned electrical energy gross sales cartels.
Kansai Electric Power Co., Chugoku Electric Power Co., a gross sales unit of Chubu Electric Power Co., Kyushu Electric Power Co. and its gross sales unit have been ordered on Friday to not alternate data on their electrical energy charges and gross sales actions and to submit their enchancment plans by August 10 to forestall a recurrence of the same incident.
