Yakuza suspected in theft of Toyota Alphard in Kawaguchi – TokyoReporter

TOKYO (TR) – Tokyo Metropolitan Police have arrested two suspects, together with a 34-year-old member of a legal syndicate, over the alleged theft of a Toyota Alphard in Saitama Prefecture earlier this 12 months, experiences Nippon News Network (Nov. 5).

At round 3:30 a.m. on January 21, Eisaku Yukira, member of the Kohei-ikka, an affiliate gang of the the Sumiyoshi-kai, and Masaki Tachihara, 33, of no recognized occupation, allegedly stole the Toyota Alphard (valued at 6 million yen) from a parking zone in Kawaguchi City.

When questioned, Yukira denied the costs. He mentioned. “I don’t know the facts.” Meanwhile, Tachihara has declined to remark.

To arrive on the scene, Yukira and Tachihara got here on a single motorbike.  They then used a so-called “CAN Invader” (Controller Area Network) gadget to bypass the automobile’s anti-theft know-how and unlock it.

Since January of final 12 months, Tachihara is believed to have paired up with a number of accomplices within the theft of about 90 luxurious automobiles, together with Toyota Land Cruiser and Alphard fashions, with a complete worth of 350 million yen in Tokyo, Saitama and different areas.
