Two males have been arrested for throwning a pal off a pier inflicting him to drown on Wednesday throughout a birthday celebration in Yaiz, Shizuoka Prefecture.

Mitsuki Matsuura, a 20-year-old demolition employee, and Kento Hayashi, a 21-year-old building employee, have been arrested on suspicion of throwing 20-year-old building employee Takuya Yasuda into the ocean from a quay in Yaizu City round midnight on May fifteenth, inflicting his loss of life.

According to the police, round ten folks have been current on the scene throughout the incident. One of them known as the police, reporting that “a friend is drowning.”

Yasuda was discovered submerged on the backside of the ocean and was confirmed useless on the hospital to which he was transported.

The group reportedly met by way of social media and had gathered to have fun a pal’s birthday.
