Mitsubishi UFJ Bank has introduced that as a consequence of a system glitch on Zengin-Net, financial institution transfers to different banks will not be accepted till 11 a.m. on the eleventh, together with financial institution transfers and wage transfers at branches nationwide. In addition, the acceptance of transfers to different banks through ATMs (automated teller machines) and the Internet can be restricted till midday.
