According to NTT Docomo, some providers utilizing the smartphone fee service “d Payment” have been unavailable nationwide since midday on the 2nd.
This means you could not make funds at shops or via different firms’ apps.
NTT DoCoMo is investigating the trigger and is continuing with restoration efforts, and commented, “We apologize for the inconvenience.”
