VLADIVOSTOK, Oct. 25 (Xinhua) — Russia have resumed sea passenger transport linking Japan after a protracted break, native media reported Wednesday.
The Russian transport firm Vostok Tour was accredited to launch liner ships between Vladivostok and the Japanese port of Nanao in Ishikawa Prefecture this week.
The first boat Pleyona departed for Japan on Monday, carrying just a few passengers. Liner ships will probably be operated as soon as per week, the corporate stated. And the ship can accommodate as much as 43 passengers.
Vostok Tour stated that they’d by no means operated sea passenger liner ships from Vladivostok to Japan. A South Korean firm used to journey from Vladivostok to the Japanese metropolis of Sakaiminato till 2020.
