A Peruvian man has been arrested for a hit-and-run incident after driving the flawed approach on the Shin-Meishin Expressway and triggering a four-car accident that left 4 girls injured.
Police arrested 34-year-old Rossi Cruz John Elias, an organization worker dwelling in Nagahama, Shiga Prefecture, on suspicion of fleeing the scene after colliding with two automobiles.
