OSAKA (TR) – A girl in Osaka Prefecture has filed a prison criticism alleging she was sexually assaulted by her uncle 11 years in the past, when she was a center faculty pupil.
A video obtained by TBS News (Dec. 19) reveals the uncle making seemingly admitting to the allegations.
The lady tells the community, “It’s very difficult to live a normal life. Even though I thought I’d overcome the trauma, there’s no going back.”
According to the criticism, the 25-year-old lady was sexually assaulted by her uncle in 2014 whereas she was in her second 12 months of center faculty. During the assault, she was unable to withstand.
“What if I got pregnant?”
In the video shot in September of the lady’s first assembly together with her uncle because the assault, the uncle doesn’t deny the allegations.
“I wanted you, your existence,” he says. The lady then asks, “What if I got pregnant?”
After he says he was positive she wouldn’t guess pregnant, she asks, “Have you ever felt guilty?” He responds, “Can I be honest? If [nobody] finds out, it’s legal, right?”
Osaka Prefectural Police accepted the lady’s criticism in September. It has been revealed that they’re investigating the uncle on suspicion of quasi-rape.
The community visited the uncle earlier this month. However, he declined to be interviewed.
