In an effort to curb road solicitation, generally referred to as “tachinbo,” in Osaka’s Umeda district, police and native authorities have determined to put in new road lights and implement different measures. This determination goals to handle the difficulty of unlawful prostitution actions which have led to over 20 arrests previously 12 months.
In the Taiyuji-cho space of Kita Ward, Osaka, greater than 20 ladies have been arrested for ready for patrons with the intent of partaking in prostitution during the last 12 months. To enhance this case, a gathering was held on the twenty second with police and native residents, the place it was determined to put in new road lights and apply brilliant coatings to roads as a part of the measures.
These measures are scheduled to be applied inside the fiscal 12 months 2024.
