It turned out that the Osaka Prefectural Police had mistakenly arrested a person in his 20s twice, unrelated to the incident, for threatening an acquaintance’s girl with an SNS message. It appears that one other particular person impersonated a person and despatched a message, and the person was detained for about 40 days, so the prefectural police apologized to the person and are investigating the main points.
