A person with a particular snake-like tattoo on his face has been arrested for shoplifting and assaulting a comfort retailer worker in Tokyo. The suspect, recognized as 49-year-old Masakatsu Echizenya, is accused of stealing gadgets from a retailer round midday on November fifteenth and violently attacking the worker who confronted him.
