KANAGAWA (TR) – Kanagawa Prefectural Police have arrested a 23-year-old man over the alleged rape of a lady he met on Instagram, studies NHK (June 11).
Last October, Teppei Katsumura, a bar worker, is alleged to have sexually assaulted the sixth-year elementary faculty lady, 12, at his residence Minami Ward, Sagamihara City.
Upon his arrest on suspicion of non-consensual sexual activity, Katsumura partially denied the allegations. ” thought she had consented when she got here to my home,” he mentioned.
Prior to the incident, Katsumura pretended to be a 17-year-old lady on Instagram. He then invited the lady to “play games” at his residence.
