Five youngsters have been arrested in Chiba Prefecture for using bikes in a reckless method, endangering vehicles because the gang entered an intersection on a pink mild.

The 5 youngsters, aged 15 to 16, together with a highschool pupil from Noda City, are suspected of using three bikes in Nagareyama City in January, ignoring visitors alerts and using on the mistaken aspect of the street.

The youngsters had beforehand reported their very own actions to the police, referring to the act of escaping from responding officers as “Pato-Oni,” which means a sport of tag with police vehicles.
