A 24-year-old suspect was arrested for pretending to be his brother and signing a lie on paperwork when he was interrogated by the police for inflicting a rear-end accident in Kitakyushu. The police despatched paperwork to the brother with out having the ability to see by the impersonation, and mentioned, “We will try to prevent a recurrence so that this kind of thing does not happen again.”
