TOKYO (TR) – Tokyo Metropolitan Police on Friday arrested a male Ethiopian nationwide following a stabbing incident that left two males injured, with one in essential situation, reviews the Sankei Shimbun (Sep. 12).
At round 5:30 p.m., Mularet Mesfin Gebremariam, 61, allegedly used a knife to stab a male firm worker, aged in his 30s, within the stomach contained in the constructing of his workplace in Akasaka.
The man was taken to the hospital however stays in essential situation.
Upon his arrest on suspicion of tried homicide, Gebremariam admitted to the allegations, police mentioned.
The second man suffered minor accidents to a finger whereas making an attempt to take the knife from the suspect.
Gebremariam is a former worker of the corporate. Police seized a bloodstained knife from the scene.
The suspect said, “When I was fired, [the first man] told me, ‘I’ll take care of you next time.’” The suspect is believed to have visited the corporate a number of occasions to debate the matter.
