On the night of the eighth, at Nishiarai Station on the Tobu Skytree Line in Adachi-ku, Tokyo, a can positioned close to the ticket merchandising machine all of the sudden burst, and a close-by lady was barely injured. The Metropolitan Police Department is investigating the components of the liquid inside and is investigating the likelihood that somebody left the can and left.
