The government decided on the “Development Cooperation Charter” at a cabinet meeting on the 9th, which sets out the guidelines for ODA = Official Development Assistance. With developing countries as equal partners, it is our policy to work together to address issues such as strengthening supply chains for food and energy, and digitization.
