A plant named by botanist Tomitaro Makino, which is never seen in Japan, was confirmed in Ishikawa Prefecture. It is the primary time in 73 years that it has been newly confirmed within the wild, and researchers say, “It signifies the chance that endangered vegetation could reappear attributable to adjustments within the atmosphere.”
