OSAKA –
A second-year highschool scholar was arrested on the scene after allegedly releasing tear gasoline spray inside a classroom at Osaka University of Commerce Sakai High School on September 16, leaving 24 college students complaining of coughing, throat ache and different signs.
Emergency companies obtained a report from college employees at round 10:40 a.m. that tear gasoline spray had been launched and that college students have been experiencing signs.
The incident occurred in a classroom on the second ground of the college constructing throughout a break between courses.
More than 10 ambulances, together with police and hearth division automobiles, have been dispatched to the college in Sakai, Osaka Prefecture.
Seven of the 24 college students who reported signs have been taken to hospitals. Their accidents have been described as minor, and all remained aware.
Police arrested a male second-year scholar in his teenagers who was on the scene.
The scholar advised investigators, “I sprayed it as a joke, but it turned into a serious situation.”
Police stated the scholar didn’t try and flee after releasing the spray. Officers questioned him on the scene earlier than arresting him in a police automobile.
The college despatched all college students residence following the incident.
