Three individuals had been injured after an anti-ICE protester allegedly set off fireworks Monday morning in entrance of 26 Federal Plaza in New York City.
The suspect is Andrew Arrabaca, a 43-year-old Army veteran who served from 2001 to 2005. On the day of the incident, he had two axes, a hammer, a machete, three fixed-blade knives, six incendiary gadgets and different harmful gadgets on him, in addition to a buying cart with “ICE off our streets” connected to it.
