Japanese FM to reach in India for Quad Foreign Ministers’ Meeting

New Delhi [India], May 25 (ANI): Japanese Foreign Minister Toshimitsu Motegi is ready to reach in India for a two-day go to to take part within the Quad Foreign Ministers’ Meeting. He can also be scheduled to name on Prime Minister Narendra Modi and meet External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar, as per an official launch by the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA).

According to the MEA, FM Motegi will land in New Delhi at the moment and later within the night meet External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar on the Hyderabad House.

On Tuesday, he’ll take part within the Quad Foreign Ministers’ Meet and ship joint press statements.

Later on Tuesday, FM Motegi will name on Prime Minister Narendra Modi on the Seva Teerth.

In a serious diplomatic deployment matching the regional focus, India is gearing as much as host the overseas ministers of the Quad nations within the nationwide capital to deliberate on the evolving safety matrix of the Indo-Pacific and the escalating friction factors throughout West Asia. In holding with the Quad imaginative and prescient for a Free and Open Indo-Pacific, the Ministers will construct on discussions held in Washington, DC on 1 July 2025. They will change views on advancing Quad cooperation throughout precedence areas, evaluate progress on ongoing Quad initiatives, and replicate on current developments within the Indo-Pacific area and different worldwide problems with mutual concern.
