TOCHIGI (TR) – Tochigi Prefectural Police have arrested a male instructor at a highschool who serves because the coach of its prestigious women’ softball staff for secretly taking upskirt pictures, experiences TBS News (Dec. 4).
On November 25, Norihiro Kuki, a 50-year-old instructor on the Utsunomiya Bunsei Girls’ High School, allegedly positioned his smartphone up a teenage lady’s skirt in Utsunomiya City and took tosatsu footage of her underwear.
Upon his arrest on suspicion of violating the Law Banning the Taking of Sexually Explicit Photographs, Kuki admitted to the allegations.
According to police, Kuki and the lady have been acquainted with one another. The incident got here to mild when the girl observed Kuki’s suspicious conduct whereas they have been alone in a room and contacted police.
