The rechristened MS NOW completed the primary week underneath its new title with optimistic momentum. It was the one news community to file week-to-week positive aspects in complete viewers and the Adults 25-54 demo throughout primetime and complete day.
CNN didn’t see any viewership losses for the week, whereas Fox News was the odd one out, because it was the one community to see across-the-board declines.

According to Nielsen massive knowledge + panel for the week of November 17, Fox News averaged 2.121 million complete viewers and 189,000 A25-54 viewers throughout primetime. The community was down -5% in complete viewers and -1% within the demo in comparison with the week prior (the week starting November 10).
Fox News averaged 1.38 million complete viewers and 121,000 A25-54 viewers in complete day viewing. Based on its common in these measurements from the earlier week, it was down -5% in complete viewers and the demo.
Fox News remained in second place in complete primetime and demo viewership amongst all fundamental cable networks. In complete day, it remained in first place in complete viewers and in second place within the complete day demo.
MS NOW averaged 1.014 million complete viewers and 90,000 viewers within the A25-54 demo for the week that simply concluded. The community was up +5% in complete viewers and +6% within the demo in comparison with its common the week prior throughout primetime.
During complete day, MSNBC averaged 649,000 complete viewers and 60,000 demo viewers. This translated to positive aspects of +4% in complete viewers and +7% within the demo in comparison with the community’s common the week prior.
Among all fundamental cable networks, MSNBC remained in third in complete primetime viewers and rose to No. 12 from No. 13 within the demo. It continued to be in third place in complete viewers and dropped to ninth from eighth, tied with ESPN2, within the complete day demo.
CNN averaged 570,000 complete primetime viewers and 103,000 A25-54 viewers within the demo throughout primetime for the week of November 17. The community was flat in complete viewers and grew by +4% within the demo in comparison with the earlier week.
In complete day, the community had 450,000 complete viewers and 73,000 viewers within the demo. This resulted in a +1% enhance in complete viewers, whereas the demo remained flat throughout this daypart.
Among all cable networks, CNN was caught in fifth place in complete viewers and slid to eighth from seventh within the demo throughout primetime. It remained in fourth place in complete day amongst complete viewers and moved to No. 4 from No. 5 within the demo.
