An American man has been arrested and despatched to prosecutors on prices of theft and assault after attacking a person on the streets of Nishinari Ward, Osaka, stealing money.

Dominique Cantrell Cain, an American nationwide, was despatched to prosecutors on suspicion of theft and assault. According to police, Cain is suspected of knocking a person off his bicycle, mounting him, and punching him within the face, stealing roughly 20,000 yen in money. The sufferer sustained accidents, together with a week-long restoration for his proper eye.

Police recognized Cain by means of a passport and different gadgets discovered close to the scene. Cain has denied the allegations, stating, “I didn’t do it.”
