CHIBA, May 10 (News On Japan) –
A person identified for immediately showing on his bicycle in entrance of automobiles to impede visitors, known as the “pop-up” bike owner, has been detained alongside together with his signature black swimsuit and sun shades.
Narushima Akihiko, 36, was despatched for prosecution on May 10, suspected of driving his bicycle into the oncoming visitors lane and obstructing automobile visitors in entrance of a police station in Kashiwa, Chiba Prefecture in April.
The police have disclosed the bicycle, black swimsuit, and sun shades seized from Narushima’s dwelling, revealing that stories of 42 comparable incidents of obstruction all featured the suspect in the identical apparel.
Narushima has denied the allegations, and the police are additional corroborating potential further offenses.
