North Korea introduced on the twenty third that it could instantly resume all army measures that had been suspended underneath the 2018 inter-Korean army settlement. The South Korean authorities responded by partially suspending the army settlement on the twenty second and restarting surveillance and reconnaissance actions towards North Korea close to the army demarcation line.
