Is there a gust of wind reminiscent of a twister in Niigata Shimoetsu Chuetsu Joetsu Sado? Japan Meteorological Agency | NHK

The Japan Meteorological Agency introduced a twister warning at 6:17 am, saying that gusts reminiscent of tornadoes are believed to have occurred in Shimoetsu, Chuetsu, Joetsu, and Sado in Niigata Prefecture.
