Gwalior (Madhya Pradesh) [India], July 23 (ANI): Four Kanwar pilgrims have been killed and others injured when a rushing automobile hit them on the Gwalior-Shivpuri hyperlink highway in Madhya Pradesh’s Gwalior district. The accident occurred close to Sheetla Mata Mandir Tiraha below the jurisdiction of Jhansi Road Police station, a police officer stated.
The incident occurred on the Gwalior-Shivpuri hyperlink highway, the place the Kanwariyas have been strolling on the roadside. A automobile touring at excessive velocity had a burst tire, inflicting the driving force to lose management and collide with the pilgrims.

Speaking to ANI, City Superintendent of Police (CSP) Hina Khan stated, ‘We obtained data that an incident has occurred on the Sheetla Mata Highway (Gwalior-Shivpuri hyperlink highway) wherein some Kanwar pilgrims have been hit by a rushing automobile. Acting on it, the police reached the spot and located three individuals had died on the spot whereas three different individuals who have been critically injured have been admitted to JAH (Jaya Arogya Hospital). Among the injured, yet one more individual died throughout therapy.’
