TOKYO, Nov. 20 (Xinhua) — Two had been injured after an earthquake with a preliminary magnitude of 5.8 struck Aomori prefecture in Japan on Monday, native authorities reported.
According to the Japan Meteorological Agency (JMA), the temblor occurred at 6:01 a.m. native time at a depth of fifty km, registering a 4 on the Japanese seismic depth scale of seven in a number of elements of the prefecture.
The temblor’s epicenter was positioned off the japanese Chiba prefecture at a latitude of 41.2 levels north and a longitude of 142.3 levels east, with no risk of a tsunami reported, in response to the JMA.
The native fireplace division stated that two teenage boys suffered accidents from damaged glass throughout evacuation.
No abnormalities have been detected on the Onagawa Nuclear Power Plant, which is at the moment shut down, and the nuclear waste remedy facility in Aomori prefecture, in response to native media experiences.
